LiClipse 3.1.0 (updating dependencies)

LiClipse 3.1.0 was just released.

The major changes aren't really on LiClipse itself, but on the bundled PyDev (5.2.0) and EGit (4.4.0) plugins.

PyDev changes may be seen at http://pydev.blogspot.com.br/2016/08/pydev-520-released-static-type.html.

EGit changes may be seen at https://wiki.eclipse.org/EGit/New_and_Noteworthy.

Enjoy!

  1. hi There,

I really like Liclipse, but lately I have a lot of problems with it (version 3.20). While i'm working on my python project, it seems that at random, suddenly LiClipse will "Forget" all my project settings, all run configurations, all my view settigns, all project paths, as if all those files had suddenly disappeared, and the only way to fix it is to reinstall it. Am I doing something wrong?

    1. When you say 'randomly', does that mean it happens on restart? What's the workspace you're pointing at?

  2. I have just installed liclipse_3.2.1_win32.x86_64.exe on Windows 10. Liclipse does not start: the Eclipse launcher window is unresponsive (does not accepts any input from keyboard or mouse)

  3. Luiz, do you mean it has shown the splash screen and got stuck there? (or didn't it even show the splash screen?)

    1. It shows the screen "LiClipse by Brainwy" and the Eclipse launcher window (asking to Select a directory as workspace), which is unresponsive.

  4. I can't really reproduce it here...
